  • What type of locations do Fonecare stores usually open in?

    The ideal location is where there is huge residential arae or commercial area. The store need not be a ground from or on high street. It should be easily locatable.

  • Does Fonecare provide financing options?

    No. Currently we do not offer any financial options. You need to arrange for funds on your own.

  • How long does it normally take to get approved to become a franchisee?

    Normally one week.

  • Once I’m approved to become a franchisee, how long until I can actually open Fonecare store?

    Normally 5 to 30 days, depending how fast you make payments and make your store ready.

  • Can we make payment on installments

    No. Complete franchise fees need to be paid before the launch of the store.

  • What are different business streams?

  • Have you tied up with any Manufacturer or Brand?

    Yes, we have tied up with few brands like ZTE and Acer. We are trying to add as many brands for tie up as possible

  • Why Customer will come to Fonecare and not Authorised service center

    This is the most common question asked by any investor. From our own research we have found that only 8 to 10% customers go back to the authorised service center after warranty period is over. Other 90% of customers is lost in the local grey market. We can easily tab these 90% of customers. Also Company service centers are more focused in giving service to Warranty customers and and not very much focused in giving service to the non warranty customers

  • How many people do I need to employ to run the store operations?

    To begin with, there are 3-4 people in the store. However, depending on repair volumes and footfall, more people may be added later on.

  • What are the formalities involved in selection of a Franchisee for the Fonecare?

    Depending upon your conviction about the project and our assessment about your ability to successfully take it forward, we will sign the Franchise agreement, officially appointing you as a Franchisee Fonecare. A filled in Franchise Application form, the signed non-disclosure agreement, the financial disclosure statement in prescribed formats and payment of the Initial Franchise fees are few pre-requisites to be able to sign the Franchise agreement.

  • What if I’m interested in opening more than one store?

    Fonecare s very interested in forming relationships with qualified franchisees interested in multiple locations and will work with each franchise candidate to develop the territory that works best for each individual.

  • How are franchisees assisted in managing the Fonecare business, about which they may have no knowledge or understanding?

    Our franchisees would already be people with excellent managerial skills. We would further equip them with business education training, technical training, extensive manuals on operations and Information Technology. In addition to this, they will also receive support visits from our functional experts who would constantly guide and update them on the market trends to make this business a success. We expect franchisees to pick up good business knowledge in the first year of operations itself, with all our support and guidance.
